What You’ll Be Doing
As a software engineer at Divvy Pay you will be collaborating with other software engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to innovate in and improve on Divvy Pay’s product. You’ll have opportunities to own the technical planning, implementation, and delivery of impactful features. You will be contributing to Divvy’s mobile and web applications built with ReactJS, and to its associated GraphQL API and backend services built in Elixir with a Postgres database.

Qualifications

  • A few years of professional experience working on a software development team
  • Experience developing SaaS applications in the cloud

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Software Engineer in Test at Divvy Pay you will be collaborating with the Product team to solidify and validate feature requirements, working with the Engineering team to create and evangelize quality assurance practices, and writing automated tests in JavaScript with tools like Selenium. You’ll regularly write and complete manual tests to verify new features and detect regressions in old code. You’ll be the leader in ensuring that our products are of the utmost quality.

  • SAE responsible for all deals over $50k

You are an individual with superb communication and analytical skills who can successfully pivot between multiple projects and operational functions. You can use data to tell a compelling story and enable the decision-making process.You will be creating custom data sets and analytical reports.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Delivers data analysis, visualization, reporting, and operational support to Inside Sales team (SMB, mid-market, and account management).

    • Key contributions include developing a sales rep call activity product based on two different databases, new and optimized dashboards for SMB & midmarket BDR group, and deep insights into revenue forecasts, lead value, deal cycle, pipeline, MRR, call activity, response time, and other metrics.

    • Worked to further align marketing, sales, and sales operations with a collaborative and problem solving approach.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience preferred

    • Deal desk- review special promotions, review deals that fall outside of sales parameters for profitability, work with sales leadership to align financial goals with sales goals, work with sales management to maintain financial metrics

    • Commissions- execute and calculate all sales commissions for all quota carrying roles ensure accuracy and transparency, help prepare commission plan updates, help build sales spiffs

    • Other finance responsibilities- help prepare monthly and quarterly finance updates, keep track of financial metrics, help build financial models, help build and maintain company and department budgets, other ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of finance experience

  • Experience from SAAS company desired but not required

  • System savvy, experience working with forecasting and reporting systems.
  • Comfortable aggregating and manipulating large datasets from multiple systems to derive insightful analysis and create financial models
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and systems skills
